"MY SECOND OJT JOURNEY AT NISU LEMERY CAMPUS"

MARCH 2024 



March 1, 2024, Connecting the computer to the network via changing its ip addresses (preparing for entrance exam). I and my co-ojts help our Chairperson and Sir Nestor Suerte in preparing for the entrance exam, in which some future students of NISU LEMERY will use computer to take their exams that will be held at laboratory. We cleaned and prepared the laboratory for the upcoming exam. As an IT student, it was an honor to help my professors and chairperson, this task helped me to improve my skills and because of that I also learned some strategies in connecting computers to the network that I can be use in the future.





March 2, 2024, First day of entrance exam in NISU LEMERY CAMPUS. I and my co-ojts help to assist the students in taking their exams. It's our duty to open and set up the computer at early in the morning before the entrance exam started, we are strictly telling the students to avoid cheating and we never allow them to use cellphone during taking their exams as well as we tell them to leave their bags before starting.







March 6 and 7, 2024, DECORATIONS OF BULLETIN BOARD FOR WOMENS MONTH 2024

The outcome of my hardworking and effortless design of the bulletin board for the celebration of women's month 2024, from thinking an idea to a finish product. I did a great job my supervisors loved it.






March 7, 2024, Staple the test paper of Ma’am Melanie Juanola.  In this day, Ma’am Melanie Juanola ordered me to staple her test papers for the upcoming midterm exam of her students. Even I am decorating the bulletin board for women's month I also provide an available time to do the task that Ma'am Melanie Juanola ordered to me. Luckily, I did a nice job and I learned how to control my time regardless of how many tasks they will order.





March 9, 2024, Second Day of Entrance Exam. I and my co-ojts are also here and this day we do our task that our chairperson ordered on us on the first day of entrance exam. It's our duty to fix the computer if it cannot connect to the network. 



March 16, 2024, Third day of entrance exam. I am standing here because one of the students who take the exam already done and she ask on what she will do next, then I told her to just submit and wait for the result. After she submit and the result already showed I write her name, course, score, it's equivalent and the status if she is passed the exam or not. I will give the paper to her as her copy for her result.

March 19-20, 2024, The Second Registration of ID at conference room. I and co-ojts assist students to register their IDs. I am in charge in taking their basic information and my co-ojts help me to scan the ID of the students. It's my duty also to edit and insert the image of that student, in that way when their ID being scanned in the RFID SCANNER their image will appear.




March 22, 2024, I and my co-ojts decided to clean the laboratory, we put floor wax on the floor to make it shiner. In cleaning the laboratory, we unite as this is part of our duties. We cooperate and help each other to finish our daily task.








March 23, 2024, The fourth day of entrance exam. The same with first to third day of exam we obediently do our task and take note of our duties, we get the accomplishment form of students and let them find their name at the bond paper and make them signed. We instruct them the do's and don'ts before and during the exams. We assist them obediently but strictly.

MAI LAST OJT JOURNEY MONTH OF APRIL (MAILA TARIO)

"This will be the LAST, but the knowledge and learnings I gained will LAST" CICS WEEK 2024 day 1, it was held in the main campus, our chairperson let us to join here to do the task to document and to capture every moment. It was so pleasured to be here. Thanks to our chairperson for letting us to join here.  Day 2, I am standing here to capture the NISU-LC ml players while they are in game, It was honored to capture all those beautiful smiles of our players when they are winning.  April 06,2024, after those tiring day on April 04 and 05, I and my co-ojts still manage to assist on the entrance exam. This is our task, of course we need to be responsible on it. For almost 480 hours staying at the Information technology department, I become more efficient and responsible enough to handle and manage all the task.  January 23, 2024, the beginning of my OJT Journey. This picture is quite awesome, us the OJT including me of course! together with our bossing, the chairperson of IT Department Dr. Carlo A. Intila. The moment I entered my agency I know to myself that this is the right agency for me. After Prof. Rene Arduo, our adviser in OJT, deploy us to our agency, everyone in the agency welcomed us.  The beginning of my journey under my on-the-job training at the IT Office of NISU Lemery Campus was peaceful, the following days of my stay at my agency were smooth and I gradually became comfortable with the professors there.
